INVITATION TO SUBMIT ABSTRACT FOR ORREC CONFERENCE Call for Abstracts

We invite researchers, scientists, and professionals to submit their abstracts for the upcoming ORREC Conference as part of 2CR2. This is an opportunity to present your work, share your findings, and contribute to the global conversation on climate change and environmental resilience.

The primary goals of 2CR2 are to share knowledge and innovations in climate and environmental research, strengthen collaborations among stakeholders, and raise awareness about the challenges and opportunities related to climate change and environmental risks.

Submission Guidelines

Follow the guidelines and download the Word template to ensure your abstract meets all ncessary requirements.

Page Layout 

  • Abstracts should be no longer than one A4 page in portrait layout.

Title and Authors 

  • The title of the abstract should be concise, bold, lower case, and centred.

  • Co-authors and affiliations should be listed below the title in italics.

  • The main author’s name should be underlined.

  • The presenting author’s name should be marked with an asterisk (*).

Language and Word Limit 

  • The abstract must be written in English.

  • Content should have a maximum of 300 words.

Text Alignment and Spacing 

  • The main body of text should be left aligned.

  • Single spacing should be used throughout the content.

References

  • References should be denoted by superscript numbers in the text.

  • Listed at the end of the text using standard Chemical Abstracts Source Service Index terminology followed by YEAR, VOLUME, and PAGE.

Visual Aids 

  • The use of figures, graphs, and schemes is recommended where this aids the understanding of the text.

Format and Method 

  • Abstracts should be submitted as a PDF attachment.

  • Use the conference email with the subject line ‘CONFERENCE NAME abstract’ or submit online via the conference website.

  • Deadline = 15 September 2024
